  1. We employ the use of cookies. By accessing HIT Bookings you agreed to use cookies in agreement with HIT Bookings Privacy Policy.

  2. Most interactive websites use cookies to let us retrieve the user's details for each visit. Cookies are used by our website to enable the functionality of certain areas to make it easier for people visiting our website. Some of our affiliate/advertising partners may also use cookies.

Content Liability

  1. We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that are rising on your Website. No link(s) should appear on any               Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.



  1. Booking for a specific venue should be at least 6 days before the desired date of booking. 

  2. Upon secured booking and at least 3 days before the booked date, the customer may move the reservation to a later date.

  3. The customer must have a set number of participants and time slot at least 3 days before the booked date.

    1. Should the customer wish to change any aspect of their reservation (e.g. adding time, number of participants, adding venues, etc.) they must request a new booking.

  4. HIT Bookings has the right to cancel any booking at any time.

  5. In cases of 3 or fewer days before:

    1. There will be an additional amount of Php 50 on top of the original quotation to cover the rushing fee.

    2. Priority booking will be given to those who scheduled their use of the venue/activity before 4 days of their desired date and time.

    3. Confirmation of the venue is not always guaranteed



  1. Upon receiving the confirmation email, the customer must fully pay within 1-3 working days to secure his/her booking unless booking was done 3 days before the reserved date (rush booking).

  2. All bookings should be fully paid at least 3 days before the booking date. Partial payments are still considered unpaid.

  3. Venue/Activity and time slot/s will only be reserved once fully paid.

  4. We are not responsible if the venue and time slot is reserved or unavailable before the customer is able to successfully pay the booking.


Cancellation/ Rescheduling Policy

  1. No refunds upon cancellations by customers.

  2. Refunds may be allowed in the cases where errors, including but not limited to miscommunication with customer or venue management, are made by HIT management.

  3. Bookings are non-transferrable.

  4. Cancellations made by the venue/activity shall be subjected to the venue’s/activity’s policies

  5. We are not liable/responsible for cancellations made by the venue/activity


Discounts & Promotions

  1. The rules on discounts and promos are as follows:

    1. Cannot be combined with other discounts and promos.

    2. It cannot be converted to cash.

    3. It can only be used once. 

    4. HIT Bookings has the right to cancel discounts/promos at any time.

   2. We are not responsible for any injuries that may occur during the activity at the venue.

   3. We are not liable for any untoward events or accidents, including but not limited to the loss or                 property damage, that may occur.

   4. We are not liable for any customer that does not comply with the rules specified by the venue                 management.

   5. We shall not be responsible for events beyond its reasonable control, such as acts of God, weather        delays, or other fortuitous events. 


  1. All data shared with us will be strictly confidential between the client and HIT Bookings and will not be shared with anyone else or any third party. 

  2. Only the venue/activity booked by the client shall be given the details for booking purposes only.


  1. We have no rights over the venue/activity. Our services only include booking a slot of the venue/activity for our client/s and relaying sharable information between the venue/activity and our client/s.​​


   1. We don't own some of the images and materials on the website. Full credit is given to the rightful               owners. However, if the owner requests to, we would take it down.

   2. Images and materials owned by Hit Bookings are subjected to copyright. The use of these                 materials is strictly off-limits unless authorized by Hit Bookings.


To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

  • limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;

  • limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

  • limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or

  • exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.

The limitations and prohibitions of liability set in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer: (a) are subject to the preceding paragraph; and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort and for breach of statutory duty.

As long as the website and the information on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.
